About Michelle
I do not offer "extra services". I am a professional yoga instructor.
Yoga has taught me so much. It has taught me to be patient with myself and more importantly, others. It has taught me to be more tolerate of others and to try to teach every where you go. I do not have a studio so I would be coming to you, or if you come to my house, we would practice yoga trapeze in the backyard. I'm starting training with my Yoga Trapeze. I look forward to teaching you a class or several of your friends either at your house or mine.
I love helping people feel better about themselves and learning how to properly move your body for less pain.
I started teaching by getting on my mat and being a student first.
I've completed 40 hrs. of Hot Yoga Teacher Training. I am also Yoga Alliance 200 hr certified yoga instructor.

Details
$75 for a private session with one person for a 60 minute class. If you put a group of 5 or more together, it would only been $25/person for a 60 minute group class.
