About Julie
Are you looking for someone to help you reduce aches and pains? If so, I am the yoga instructor for you. Using my knowledge of anatomy, alignment and proper sequencing, I can help you move from pain and into ease.
i have over 3000 teaching hours and over 400 training hours. In addition to being a Certified Yoga Instructor, i am a Certified Personal Trainer and Cancer Exercise Specialist.

i love watching my clients progress. For some it's something as simple as bending over and touching their toes, for others it's the ability to do a balance pose and for others it's that first time that they are able to do Sun Salutation A with ease.
I have over 400 hours of training that include Yoga Therapeutics, Hands on Assisting, Trauma Informed Teaching, Anusara (Alignment) and Vinyasa Flow.
Additionally, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Cancer Exercise Specialist.
