About Cathy
I teach pilates and yoga. I teach on the pilates apparatus and pilates mat. I have been teaching for over 30 years and I am capable of working with people at all levels with any type of injury or health concern.
I love seeing people progress and get strong. I believe that what you do for exercise should enhance your daily life and anything you want to do.
