Attentive to the needs of people 50+
I put special attention on the meditation and breathing parts of yoga.
I am a Kripalu-certified yoga teacher. Kripalu yoga is a fairly gentle form of yoga, with emphasis on meditation and breathing, and self-awareness.
I love helping people with their health. The impact of yoga and meditation is incredible.
I enjoy people!
I am a Kripalu-certified yoga instructor, who has also worked in biomedical research for many years. I blend my understanding of the science of yoga into my practice and my teaching.
