About Shelley
I specialize in personalized Yoga and Meditation practices. Every body is different and every one of us comes to Yoga and Meditation for different reasons. I want to help you find your OWN practice for your own beautifully unique body and mind.
200 Hour RYT, Registered with the Yoga Alliance, over 6 years of experience instructing Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Meditation in group and private settings.

What I enjoy most is sharing acceptance. Acceptance of ourselves and others. The teachings of Yoga and Meditation apply deeply to every one of us. It is an honor and brings great joy to share my knowledge with others.
It happened quite by surprise! I had been through a rough period, as we all have been at some point or another. Until a Yoga instructor very close to me asked if I would be interested in teaching. Needless to say, after my first Yoga training and soon after, the first class I taught, my heart had never felt so open as it does when I share the teachings of Yoga with others.

Pricing for practices varies upon time, location, and number of participants.
Standard pricing:
$25 for a 60 minute private session at my home studio in Norman, OK or I can travel to you within a 15 mile radius for $5 added.
