About Nikole
Nikole McLeod (RYT 200) is a dedicated student and teacher of yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Her focus is on bringing a calm balance to body, mind, and spirit through the breath. Nikole’s classes incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and opportunities for exploration to find your personal edge and include an array of modifications for all levels. She encourages open-minded and compassionate awareness of oneself, and believes that the experiences yogis have on the mat are the foundation for living their best life. Nikole resides in Scituate, RI, and when not practicing yoga, she can be found exploring and hiking or cuddling with her 3 rescue pups!
