About Brittany

Hi, I'm Yogi B!

I am a certified Yoga Therapist with over 1,000 hours of study in yoga asana, alignment, meditation, and breathwork and have been practicing yoga for 15 years. I specialize in Yoga for PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I practice fourth wave therapy following the bottom up method to help individuals find stagnant energy in the body and offer lasting release through synchronizing and rewiring the brain.

I work with veterans, practitioners who are blind and/or deaf, amputees, and those who suffer with C-PTSD/PTSD. I also work with children and families.
