About Rachel
After a brain injury, I started chair yoga as part of my rehabilitation. It helped more in my recovery than anything else I have tried. It inspired me to become a yoga teacher and share this knowledge with others. I only teach remotely with a webcam or phone for worldwide online lessons. Check out more at (concealed information)
