About Carolyn Marie
As a board certified health coach, yoga and dance fitness instructor I have so much gratitude for the work I do. There was a time I was hooked up to life support fighting for my life. Since then my journey has led me to sacred sites all over the world and brought knowledge coupled with massive success. Yoga and dance are passions of mine and teaching others how to live a life they don't feel a need to escape from is my goal..
I am board certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as a health and wellness coach and nutritionist. I am a 200 certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and have been practicing since the age 2 and 1/2... I have owned and operated a dance and gymnastics franchise for children right out of college... I am published author, and the proprietor of HelinNrg.org since 2007.

It depends on the background of the student and what their desired results are. For example, if I'm working with a group of people a mixed level yoga flow class is where I'll start. If I'm working with an individual who is recovering from a sports injury or a surgery I may work privately and include some nutrition suggestions. Sometimes I work privately with individuals who are just looking to increase their flexibility and so I will take them through a process using props and holding postures for longer periods of time to get the blood flow to the connective tissue and maximize their results. If I'm working with someone who is requiring personal coaching around relationships career our finance we may take a different approach.
Just as we are all unique individuals we have unique challenges. While group classes are wonderful to see where we're at, Working one on one can provide a personal platform to accelerate and deepen desired results.

I was recovering from a car accident and was ready to start something new and different. I had been following Carolyn (Health/Life/Financial Coach, Yoga Instructor) on Facebook During her personal healing journey and was very impressed. I decide to take her warm meditative flow class and absolutely loved it. I like that she added penial gland awareness and opened chakras.
Private lessons, group lessons, give this awesome lady a chance to relax your mind, body and soul. Best hot yoga teacher I've ever had. I can guarantee an amazing first experience. Her classes made me love doing this more than ever. Namaste.
