About Jill
I have been teaching yoga for over 15 years in various settings, yoga studios, senior centers, hospitals, schools from ages 2years up to people in their 90's! I love watching and being apart of anyone on a self discovery path! I also have my holistic health coach certificate from Institute of Integrative Nutrition! I believe it's not a one size fits all for anyone and I love helping people figure out what food and physical activity fits into their life!
I enjoy working with people who are ready to start taking accountability for their health journey!
