About Taylor
I offer highly individualized, private instruction to students of all ages and abilities. Whether I'm teaching chair yoga to a 98-year-old woman, a beginner with chronic pain, or a seasoned yogi looking to grow their practice through one-on-one instruction, I offer a therapeutic approach to healing & strengthening the body through mindful movement. By weaving together breath and body awareness, asana, meditation, and deep rest, I aim to create a safe, nourishing space for students to practice self-love & self-care.
I love working one-on-one with clients to help them feel better in their bodies.

I like to set up a call beforehand to get a better feel for what you want out of private instruction. We'll talk about your overall goals, injuries/chronic pain, and your past experience (if any) with yoga. From there, we will schedule an introductory session at your home or a rental space. Depending on travel time, I offer a discounted intro session to make sure it's a good fit for both of us and there's no pressure to commit.
