About Markedia

By Practicing! A Hot Yoga in LA (Modo) was my first experience with Yoga (2013). By my first round of healing and connecting to Source within; I was ready to bring this healing practice with the world! I was studying psychology and the subconscious mind, so my spirit synchronistically led me to Kundalini Yoga. Now, this yoga practice is becoming more popular. It’s very powerful.

200-hr Kundalini Yoga Training with Top 25 Master Yoga Teachers in the world: Krishna Kaur. Google Her Magick. In my training, we had to do Mind-challenging poses, such as, holding our arm up from 31min - 2.5 hours. Developing my personal practice daily Is very helpful. I am in the Crypto/Forex Investing business as well as a large Network Marketing team. Reprogramming my mindset and subconscious to remain in wealth consciousness and abundant awareness helps me on all levels on interactions. I’ve had years of studying Psychology & Astrology as well.

About the lesson

Assess experience with yoga and meditation. When did you start? What yoga system? How were your experiences with your teachers? What injuries do you have? Where are you the strongest, the weakest? What area of your body (physical/spiritual) hurts the most? Etc. After questions, I give an explanation of Khndalini Yoga, it’s foundation, and it’s technology.

I’ve guided children, teens, adults, and elders. I also guide many young entrepreneurs and millionaires.

Kundalini Yoga is new to mainstream so be careful. You want a teacher there with you as you’re attempting the yoga series (Kriya) and meditations. I’ve learned from a wombman in her 60s that has built unbelievable willpower and strength (physical, mental, and spiritual). She learned directly from the Master, Yogi Bhajan, she’s the truth. I Am Truth. You are Truth. Don’t let ego get you hurt. This practice works directly and immediately on your glandular, nervous, and immune system. This scientific yoga ranges from helping you your lungs to balancing the inner conflict within.

Gratitude that I spoke my truth at an event, that led to another wombman speaking her truth. She became a client, because she had a kundalini awakening. I’m glad we connected! If I chose silence...which I was gravitating towards, we would’ve never met.

$22 for your first class, get a taste of this healing medicine. Rates are packaged if we meet frequently (ie. few days a week, a month). If you’d like to develop a personalize course for an extended time (ie. 7 weeks, 14 weeks, etc.), that package will align to your desires.
