About Kelly
I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher, Level 1 Reiki Practioner and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pepperdine University with her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I now combine my education with my yoga practice to support others to heal, grow, and thrive. My classes combine energetic and strengthening flows with mindfulness and encouragement. My goal is for all of my students to "flow beyond their mat" by taking principals and lessons learned during their practice into their daily life.
I love helping people feel better! The mind and body are so intertwined and I enjoy bringing this awareness into people's lives to better help themselves day to day.
