About Karen
Yoga is so beautiful in the sense that it is your very own personal sacred practice - the blend of breath and thought within each asana goes deeper than we can ever imagine to heal, restore and rejuvenate 🕉️
I love sharing the knowledge I have gained with others. The practice of yoga is for one and all - there is zero judgment and pure bliss to experience how the body is able to open up and receive what is needed. As each individual requires their own attention, there is focus in communicating so that goals can be set up and met accordingly. I handle every client with care and respect - it is exciting to see their progress unfold as they learn to be loving and gentle with themselves.
