I love simply being a part of one's journey to getting fit and healthy.
Getting in shape and staying fit can be one of the toughest things one can do in life. It takes self motivation, determination, a consistent effort, and at the core, a belief in oneself. This journey is so much more than an aesthetic one to 'look good' on the outside. The external is just the result of the internal journey that was taken, which is a journey of believing in, loving, and prioritizing yourself first to get healthy and fit.
Could be likened to the journey of a butterfly, because to be fit and healthy after taking this journey inward allows your best self to take flight, shining your beauty onto the world!
