About Julia

I am certified yoga instructor (500-hr RYT, PRYT) and personal trainer (through ACE) who loves to work with students in small groups or one-on-one, in their efforts to get stronger, more flexible, and more centered. As a mother, I also work particularly well with new parents and moms-to-be. A lover of many movement practices, including running and dancing, I can relate to a variety of students and their needs.
