About Jennifer

I am a traditionally trained and Yoga Alliance certified RYT yoga instructor with international instructional experience. My yoga schooling occurred in Rishikesh India; at Yoga Ashram in the foothills of the Himalayas. I have been practicing yoga since 2001. I enjoy helping beginners looking to learn more about the practice & more advance students as well. I teach a style yoga called Hatha which focuses on proper alignment, holding poses and balance. Together we will discuss your individual goals for yoga and create a plan prior to instruction. If you are looking for stress reduction, improved flexibility, spirituality, increased knowledge about the study of yoga or more I am the right instructor for you. I ensure each of my students get their individual needs met.

Yoga lessons offered by Jennifer are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in New York. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
