About Jaya

I teach level 1 Yoga to people who need better accessibility to yoga. Anyone who wants to practice yoga, but isn't sure about their abilities are welcome in my class. I teach with an integrated approach which includes Asana (physical practice), deep relaxation, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.

I help people improve their health and well being through Yoga. I love helping people discover yoga's vast benefits.
