Waving Cat Yoga emphasizes a down to earth attitude link yoga to real life.
I started teaching in China in the Fragrant Hills in 2004.
I have been a yoga practitioner since 2004, and am certified from Sivananda and Absolute Yoga as well as numerous other specialty trainings.

I love spending some time just getting to speak with the student and get insight into what they hope to get from their sessions.
I have worked with people of all abilities and from all over the world.
Look for someone who really see's who you are and doesn't try to bring you into the teacher's program.
I love the Super Bowl! It is this unofficial holiday that in some ways is what Thanksgiving should be! where people just gather to see each other on an otherwise bleak winter's day.
