About Elise
I provide individualized yoga classes for anyone interested in betterting their skills with flows tailored to your needs.
I having been on my own yoga journey for some time now, and the benefits have been amazing. I would love to share this light wiht others.
I have completed a 200hr YTT and am a member of the Yoga Alliance.

Reaching out for their level of experience and desired goals. Then going from there! We would most likely sit down and discuss desired outcomes and fitness level, and then I would tailor flows to meet both goals and skills.
Find an instructor who can match your style and desires... Each yoga instructor is unique. Some of the best instructors aren't my favorite simply because our styles are different!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Any bodily injuries or impairments that could impede a yoga practice. What their reason is for starting their yoga journey. Would they also be interested in the benefits of meditation and mindfulness? Or would they solely like a physical practice. (both are ok! just different methods)
