About Dana
I am a newly certified yoga teacher looking to hone my teaching skills. I am excited and eager to share my love and passion of the yoga and all its beautiful gifts, with others looking the explore this life-changing practice! Since I am a new teacher, I am offering extremely discounted rates on my private one-on-one and small group classes, for a limited time only.
By nature, I am very nurturing, so I teach from an authentic place of self-love, acceptance, and non-judgment. It is my goal to help you thrive--body and soul--through yoga. I want to help you cultivate yoga as a tool that you can use in your everyday life, when you step off the mat, to access peace, calm and your Higher Self! All of my classes are fun, dynamic and creatively sequenced, while also focusing on alignment, breath and moving with intention. I tailor each class to your individual needs and skill level.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your regular practice, I'd love to work with you!
