I am a facilitator so you are invited to make choices that are useful for you. I generally use some standing but mostly chair yoga and the entire body gets worked.
My sessions include breathwork and meditation again you are invited to make choices.
My sessions can include some reflexology if you'd like to. I can offer a few minute sample...
