About Alexis
I teach authentic well rounded classes that meet your fitness, spiritual, mental and physical goals! We work together to create the class of your dreams! My classes te for all ages and all levels, they will challenge you, support you and inspire you!
I am an Ayurvedic Holistic health coach, a Yoga instructor with 500 hour YTT. I am an herbalist, meditation instructor, dance and gymnastics coach as well!
