Laura is attentive to my needs and my body's limitations. She tailors the yoga session for what is best for me and my neck and shoulder. Laura has years of experience with her practice and with working with patients/clients. She is friendly and made me feel right at home. I love the spirituality that naturally flows through Laura. I feel like I'm in good, caring hands and that each session will produce much needed fruit! I wish my schedule would allow me to work with her every single day. I know my body, mind, and spirit would greatly benefit! If you are considering attending one of her sessions, go ahead and do it! It will be the best thing you've done for yourself in a long time!
