About Kimberly

I am a Holistic Nurse Coach, a Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher. I can help you reach your physical, emotional, and spiritual goals. I have been doing this sort of work six years and I am passionate about helping people uplevel their lives.

I love helping people increase their mobility, calm their minds, tone their bodies, align their chakras, relieve stress, and become more balanced through physical practice but my favorite work to do is to help people transform their lives via changing their mindset and beliefs. I got started teaching because I wanted others to know the benefits of yoga.

I am a Registered Nurse for 17 years, a Reiki Master, and a Yogi. I got into yoga because I had a back injury from moving a patient at work and have doing practicing yoga ever since then. I graduated from a 200 hour Yoga Teacher training back in December 2018.

About the lesson

I send an initial client interview sheet via email to get some basic information. Then I either come to your home or we can work together via Zoom.

I have worked with the adult population and those with limited mobility due to the aging process or physical injuries.

Interview several teachers to find someone with who you are comfortable. Not every teacher is for every student : )

My pricing varies with the location of clients and their needs. I am open to providing packages that will reduce the cost per session. In general, my first yoga session is $85.00 as it is the most in-depth.
