About Mariia

Hi everyone, my name is Maria. I specialize in different areas of teaching.

I'm a yoga/fitness/barre instructor. I've become a yoga instructor 3 years ago, I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years, as well as fitness, barre and dance. I have a 200hr teacher training certification, 100hr yin yoga certification, reiki level 1 certification. I've always been involved into sports and healthy life style. I love inspiring my students, helping them to achieve their personal goals. Its the best award for my hard work.

I also teach art, painting with acrylic paint and oil, drawing, sketching, crafting for little kids and adults, big groups and individually.

I teach makeup and color analysis to help women be more confident about themselves.

And I also teach Russian language. Its my first language and im a certified translator and interpreter.

I absolutely love seeing my students succeed and discover amazing things about themselves and their bodies. It gives so much meaning to my life to see their eyes brighten up after a class. I love to raise their self esteem, make them feel confident about themselves. Its so important to be able to accept yourself the way you are but continue taking steps towards achieving your goals. Every day!

About the lesson

When I meet a new student I try to find out what exactly he/she is trying to work on. What's their main goal. I always ask about their limitations or injuries and according to that I create a class that's going to help them achieve their goal and at the same time stay away from new injuries. I treat every student individually and make sure all their needs are met!

I have worked with students of different ages from 2 to 80 years old. Beginners and advanced, students with injuries and physical limitations and experienced fit individuals trying to become even more advanced in their practice working on achieving their physical goals. Everybody is unique and I always try to modify their workout to help them get to a new level in their practice :)

Depending on a type of class I have different pricing.

I charge $30 and up for 60 min group yoga classes.

$60 and up for 60 min personal private lessons. All depends on complexity of the class and clients requests.
