About Jackie
I fell in love with Yoga because I discovered the mat was a place of acceptance, contentment, self-awareness and mind-body connection. Eventually I discontinued my high BP pills and was free from chronic hip pain. I enrolled in teacher training to grow my own knowledge of this ancient practice and now love sharing my passion with others! My hope is to spread the magic of Yoga and watch people transform!
After I completed my teacher training I started teaching family, friends and neighbors.
I received my Yoga teaching certificate from the oldest Yoga school in the world The Yoga Institute from India! I am also an ongoing avid Yoga student with my wonderful Indian Yoga instructors to be a better teacher for you!
