As my first experience committing to yoga daily, I found Monica’s style to work well for me. As a beginner, I feel comfortable attending her classes because they are tailored to all levels. If you want a challenge as a beginner, she will instruct you on an array of challenging levels for each pose performed. This is very pleasing to me because I like to have options and learn about variations that I can use to make my personal experience a fulfilling one.

Exactly the kind of yoga I need. Monica is a thoughtful, caring and mindful instructor. Of course I'm a huge fan, but I've not found any other teacher that I would go back to after taking her yoga classes.
