About Monica

Monica Ingram is a yoga student of 7+ years, and has wanted to be an RYT from the moment she found yoga. She is a 200hr RYT & a Buti Yoga Instructor - it’s Monica's goal to travel, teach and spread the Buti practice to give women and men the tools towards radical self-love. Monica spends her free time playing video games and planning future adventures.
