About Monica
I teach gentle, welcoming yoga classes designed for beginners of all ages and abilities. With over 15 years of experience and a 500-hour yoga teacher training certification, I offer a supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable exploring yoga at their own pace. My teaching draws from Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and Chair Yoga traditions, allowing me to adapt each class to meet the needs of individuals—whether they are looking for movement, relaxation, or a way to build strength and flexibility. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, so I provide options, modifications, and the encouragement to listen to your body. My classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a sense of ease, helping students cultivate balance both on and off the mat. Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you will find a safe and supportive space in my classes.
