About Gaia
I combine nearly twenty years of bodywork experience into my yoga classes. I incorporate mat pilates, as well as other movement modalities to encourage core strength, increase balance and more. Often we include hands-on self-care techniques to increase energy flow, organ health and more.
I love working with people who have chronic pain and tension. Getting things to shift, a little at a time, to reduce symptoms is not only encouraging but it's fun! Helping someone decrease or elliminate discomfort is incredible fullfilling. I try to be playful and fun in my classes and I promise I won't take yoga or life too seriously.
