About Nokomis
At Nokomis Yoga, we have a great variety of yoga classes with experienced teachers, designed for all types of folks, from babies to seniors! We also offer one-on-one Yoga Therapy for folks who are suffering from pain/muscle tension, for those who are a little too stiff to do yoga, or private sessions to learn home practice yoga, and also yoga for your mind (vichara sessions).
Through yoga, not only do you open up your body, but you open up your whole being. You can truly discover your Self underneath all of the coverings, through all of the blockages. It is a deeply profound practice that takes you more and more into the center of your being to find the peace within you. I love to see students discover this within themselves.
Qualifications: Over 1,000 hours of teacher training in Svaroopa Yoga. Certified Embodyment Yoga Therapist, and Vichara Therapist. Studio owner for eight years.
You can find me on Facebook: Solveig Corbin (personal page) or Nokomis Yoga (studio page)
