About Kaitlyn
With a background in coaching youth gymnastics and a decade of golf lessons, I can successfully touch my toes and swing a club—two passions of mine I continue to refine to this day. Gymnastics training easily transitioned to yoga training, and I haven’t looked back since. Whether you want to swing a hole-in-1 or kick into handstand, I’m your perfect guide.
RYT-200: specialize in vinyasa, power yoga, restorative, yin, pranayama and meditation.
