About Monique
We offer customized yoga and meditation services throughout South Florida. The classes are individualized based on injury, ailment, and level of practice. With over 15 years of combined experience, the owners if Kalei Yoga have a deep understanding of yoga and meditation practice. The owners are insured and certified instructors, with formal training in Thailand from their Indian guru.

The individual classes begin with a question and answer session, getting to know the student's individual goals, ailments, and injuries. The class is customized to achieve the best results to meet that student's needs. Classes can be relaxing or intense and physical, depending on what the student is seeking and his/her ability and level of practice.

Group classes are $20/class with discounting for purchasing in bulk.
Private classes are $75 for one hour classes or $125 for one and a half hour classes.
