I been practicing yoga since 2007 , and could never find the right time to become certified. Last year March due to the pandemic I used my down time to get certified.

I am a certified Hatha yoga instructor. I am also certified in several styles of yoga( Yin yoga , Shaolin yoga, Kemetic Yoga, to name a few) etc.. as well. and a certified reiki healer. I also certified to teach breathing meditation.

About the lesson

I ask several questions regarding their health and their past experiences with exercising. What are their limitations, are they willing to make progress with their health.

I have worked with children and adults.

Look for reasonable prices , speak with the instructor to get to know them a little , and to ask questions when needed. Always stay focused and practice yoga everyday to get your body and mind synchronized.
