About Anamaria

One-On-One, Offering Private Client Instruction at your home or my studio. I focus on Wellness, using Yoga, Pilates, or Resistance practices. Serving Biscayne, Brickell, Wynwood and The Grove. Your sessions are determined by your goals, desires and schedule. Getting to know about, expectations and feelings is an invaluable part of your success. I enjoy working with people a goal in mind. For example, toning, rehabilitation, strength, pregnancy, mindfullness, etc. As I see the change in you I am happy with you

I am an E-RYT certified yogi and a Certified Personal Trainer. I teach yoga at the University of Miami and am also a memeber of the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). I trained yogic practice (200 hour) in Nepal and 200 hr in Miami at URENERGY
