About Maggie
Yoga is a journey of self-discovery and self-expression. It is a tool to see past the distractions of the modern world and to come home to yourself.
Maggie’s guidance through yoga will soothe, challenge and ground you. She encourages mindful movement through various traditions of the practice, creating a strong connection between movement and the breath. With each meeting on the mat, she invites you to find your limits, physical and mental, so you can then begin to move past them and find the space to grow.

Each new student will receive a custom yoga/meditation experience tailored to their experience and needs. This can include a practice designed to relieve common aches and pains from day-to-day life, care for injuries, increase mindfulness and self-awareness, decrease stress and anxiety, etc.
Private and/or group sessions can be booked on an ongoing basis, or as a one-time class.
