About Melanie
Passion to help those who search for the true meaning of bliss through the power of yoga and self love. I strive greaty to create personalized yoga programs for my clients
I enjoy being able to help people even if it is in the smallest way. Seeing my students smile and feel good is the best reward.
I have many years teaching dance and then translated to yoga. I am passionate about helping people get in tune with their bodies as well as have a great amount of knowledge to best assist them.

When working with a new student I like to have a discussion of their needs and goals to be able to create a unique yoga program for them. From there we have our first session where I present a plan to them based on their needs. We move and adjust the plan from there.

I have worked with young children looking to move and explore their bodies, teens involved in sports and dance looking for a good stretch. I work with adults all ages and even teach chair yoga to older adults! My oldest student is 92!!! My teaching style is for everyone and anyone. I truly create programs that are unique to you!
