About Laura
Laura has been active in the fitness industry since college where she became an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach. Her focus is on functional fitness which is designed to safely push you out of your comfort zone. Check out my Facebook page "Wellness with Laura"
