About Sharon
We individualize workout protocols based on fitness testing and one-on-one counseling. You're not just another number here and that's VERY evident from the second you walk into the gym!
Every day and every hour has a new opportunity to help people in their fitness/better health journey. So many folks don't know the proper way to train, how to structure a workout, or the progression of their workouts to optimize their time in the gym and their goals. My big thing has, and always will be education. Showing fitness enthusiasts the path to the best version of themselves with the varied tools of weight training, flexibility training, core training, balance training and cardio is an exciting challenge that is always so rewarding!
