Yoga is life! And it helps everyone be healthy and happy! I am glad that through yoga I help others.
I am a certified Yoga Teacher. I successfully completed 200-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2019.
