About Veranika
Integrated practice that includes various work intensives combined together in a accessible class. Any and all levels welcome - whether one is looking to deepen the existing practice or start a new one from scratch . Integrated heart programm focuses on developing and creating techniques and ques that are accessible and useful on and off the mat. Creating environment for the deep self healing process including increasing awareness and transcending past trauma and past experiences into mindfulness and improvements. Integrated heart combines integrated physical practice, integrated breath work and integrated meditation. All in one for All ONEs .🙏🏻 Namaste
