Sara was amazing. I really loved the class. Great for stretchings, connection with your inner self. To focus on yourself and stop everything else around you. Respirations were great as well. The ambiance was perfect for the occasion. I totally recommend this class for anyone who wants to breathe and stop this busy life around us. Thank you Sara for welcoming me so warmly since today was my first time taking this class. I will comeback for sure.
