About Rose
Since early childhood Rose has been inspired by conscious body movement. Training in dance for several years, she developed a deep admiration for the intelligence of the human body.
In high school she turned to yoga first as a physical practice. It soon became the healer of her deepest emotional struggles. Within this space Rose found confidence and in turn strives to develop the same feelings of strength and worthiness in others.
Rose’s classes focus on effective sequencing and focused transitions in an effort to expand your practice and align physical, mental, and emotional energies.
She has been teaching since 2012, has studied in Bali, Mexico, and Los Angeles, and holds her 500hour Advanced Teacher Training certificate.
