About Steve
Specialized instruction that caters to the student. Students are not held to ideals or expectations but guided by an optimal blueprint of their own body. Lessons are structured safely and clearly instructed. Current methodologies are combined with traditional teachings to create a well rounded, complete, and enjoyable practice.
I love yoga. The practice, the philosophy, the teaching, all of it. I love the feeling of exploration and discovery in my body. Being able to share that with people and watch as it brings them joy is one of the best feelings I have ever experienced.
