About Stephan

Hi,

I'm an actor, a coach and a yoga teacher. Coaching and teaching has been a very rewarding way to see growth in people happen. I love to hold the space for people to build up their skills and abilities, be it the entertainment/acting world or yoga.

As a storyteller, I focus on the elements that a story needs to be able to engage the audience. Story is always king!

As an actor, I focus on ways to stretch the emotional range and sense of play of the actor, while always being in service of telling the story.

As a yogi, I focus on breath first and lead the students into physical challenges/workouts while always respecting the breath and the limits that each body is given. That doesn't mean we can't stretch these limits, but we have to first respect them.

I've been acting for more than 15 years, telling stories for about 30, practiced yoga for more than 10 and taught yoga for about 6 years.

Attended the Neighborhood Playhouse (class of 2010) and studied acting with Austin Pendleton, Margie Haber, KC Clyde, Sharon Chatten and Anthony Abeson - just to name a few.

RYT through a teacher training with Julia Planine-Troiani, Dakota Lupo and many others.
