About Merridith
As a script consultant, my philosophy is "write like a warrior." A martial artist and a writer myself with over twenty years of experience, my unique method will develop your artistry, your writing practice, and the craft that ties everything together. Let me help train your mind, your spirit, and hone your unique voice on the page!
As a yoga instructor and martial arts/self defense instructor, my first priority is your safety and helping you meet your goals. We design a program and routine together that works for you.
I've lived so many lives, and have developed so many skills. Through it all, one thing remains true; my calling is to help people. Seeing a client of mine succeed lights up my life, and I enjoy the process helping each and every one meet their goals.
