About Alexa
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and have been teaching for 6 years. I did my training with Rising Lotus in Sherman Oaks,CA. I am also a certified health coach and TRX instructor. I am very passionate about health and wellness, I truly believe that feeling and looking good starts from within.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years now. I was an athlete growing up and have had my fair share of injuries. When I discovered yoga, it helped me develop more awareness in my own body and work around my own physical limitations. And now that I am teaching, I love that I am able to share this wonderful practice with my students, I get to help and guide them in their own journey of discovering their own body.
