First a conversation to identify the goals of the student. Then an assessment to get an idea of the overall movement related capability. And then work with the student from the foundations up!
All kinds of students! From beginner level learner to advanced learner.
Be very clear about your goals and make sure you communicate them well to the teacher. Also, always mention any health related limitations you may have. A good teacher will always need to know this while working towards your goals.
