About Laurie
I offer customized health and fitness training to include yoga, cross training, nutrition weightlifting, etc. I also offer a specialty in equine partnerships (yoga and equifit) and fitness. With background as a successful competitive equestrian, horse trainer and horseback riding instructor as well as past certification as a personal trainer and current certification as a yoga teacher, I combine my training and skills to offer eclectic and unique opportunities for anyone to step things up and create a happier healthier human! I have been working in the healthcare arena for over 20 years and around horses my whole life. My goal is to help people discover the little things that make big differences in heart, soul, body and mind
I enjoy helping people continuously improve (Kaizen) their lives and lifestyle. It is a pleasure meeting new people and understanding their challenges and beliefs an guiding them to improve small things that result in big changes :).

Meet either in person (I work in person within 25 miles) on the phone or virtually. I coach, train and consult on a variety of lifestyle practices to include: health, nutrition, wellness, business and personal knowledge to include understanding your credit score (FICO) and what you can do about it. As an educator and coach my goals are to encourage people to live life at their best potential and helping them feel great about themselves physically, mentally and soulfully.
